The University of Camerino (UNICAM) will host the Academic Year Opening and KreativEU Events and Meetings from 26 to 31 October 2026, bringing together representatives from all partner universities of the KreativEU – Knowledge & Creativity European University Alliance for a week of institutional activities dedicated to cooperation, governance and the future development of the Alliance.

A key moment of the programme will be the KreativEU Info Day, organised in conjunction with the Academic Year Opening Ceremony. The event will provide each partner university with the opportunity to showcase its institution, present its academic strengths, and promote study opportunities, research activities and international mobility programmes to the wider university community.

The week will also include the Alliance's principal governance meetings, including the General Assembly, Managing Board, Steering Committee, Knowledge Transfer Platform (KPT) sessions and meetings of several Work Packages. Participants will also take part in thematic workshops focusing on the impact of the European University Alliances initiative and on key aspects of Alliance implementation.

By combining its Academic Year Opening with the KreativEU institutional programme, UNICAM reaffirms its commitment to strengthening European cooperation in higher education and creating new opportunities for collaboration among students, academic staff and partner institutions. The event will represent an important occasion to reinforce the Alliance's shared vision of a more connected, innovative and internationally engaged European university community.
