The blended intensive programme coordinated by the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics gave powerful momentum to the development of the H&ART Incubator within the KreativEU alliance. Bringing together representatives of nine partner universities, the programme created a vibrant and collaborative environment where ideas, expertise, and creative energy converged to shape the future of cultural and creative innovation across Europe.

Over several days in Plovdiv and online, participants worked intensively on the Incubator’s governance model, digital ecosystem, cultural‑heritage innovation pathways, stakeholder‑engagement strategies, and impact‑assessment framework. The programme featured an inspiring mix of panel discussions, workshops, co‑creative labs, world cafés, and experiential formats that strengthened a shared vision for a dynamic transnational incubator.

The event culminated in the official launch of the H&ART Incubator and the admission of its first cohort of incubatees - a milestone that marks the beginning of a new chapter of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the KreativEU alliance.
