About H&ART Incubator

The Transnational Art and Heritage Incubator supports creative individuals and organizations through:

• Incubation of creative ideas and start-ups;
• Artist residency programs;
• Mentoring and expert support;

• Policy analysis and strategic perspectives through the Territorial and Transnational Observatory (OTT).
