H&ART Incubator’s local branch in Svishtov invites organisations and enterprises operating within the cultural and creative industries, individual professionals, civil society organisations, community-based actors, public authorities, policy bodies, and regulatory institutions outside the organisational structure of the H&ART Incubator and the KreativEU Alliance to take part in the External Stakeholders Info Day.

The Info Day will be held on 8 April 2026 at 9:00 AM CET, in a hybrid format (in-person and online participation).

The event aims to present the mission, strategic priorities, key actions, and activities of the H&ART Incubator to its external stakeholders.

The programme will include:

• the main directions for the development of the H&ART Incubator,
• upcoming initiatives, open calls, and programmes,
